A recent Melba seller appreciated you letting him know about the roof tiles that had not been put back by one of the contractors causing some water damage to the eaves. He was grateful that you put them back and the advice also allowed him to action the damage to the eaves and also chase up the roofing contractor for a PLEASE EXPLAIN !! This has obviously eliminated a possible objection from buyers and of course, damage to the newly renovated property. Timely reports, easy to read and the provision of silicon to the ensuite floor/wall tiles to remedy a little breach had him completely blown away. Again, eliminating issues and objections from buyers.
